 Shipping Costs

All orders over $100.00 CAD before taxes will ship for free in Canada.  We charge a flat fee of $25.00 CAD for all orders to the USA.

For all other orders within North America the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the location it is being shipped to. There is a flat shipping cost of $25.00 CAD for orders to the U.S.A., and a $60.00 CAD cost for all international orders.

Shipping Times

All of our orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.  

If for some reason, we do not have your product in stock we will contact you within 48 hours to determine a solution

Once your order is packed up and ready you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see where it’s at! Shipping times will vary based on your location and the time of your order.

What Shipping Service Do We Use?

We use a variety of carriers in an attempt to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our Canadian orders are processed with Canada Post and our US orders are shipped via UPS.

What If I Provided Incorrect Shipping Information?

If you notice that you have provided incorrect shipping information (i.e. wrong address, postal code, or name) please contact us immediately and we will adjust your information accordingly.

If your package has already been processed and shipped, you will be charged an additional shipping charge ($25.00) for us to re-ship your package to your correct address. You will be contacted with an invoice that must be paid before we ship out your package again.

Problem with your order?

We try our hardest to make sure that all orders are sent out quickly and accurately, but sometimes things happen! We stand behind our orders and will do our best to make sure that you are happy with what you have received.

Please contact immediately regarding any issues with your order.  If you accidentally ordered the wrong product and did not notice until you received it - no problem! We accept returns but do have some requirements: 

  1. The product must be returned in proper condition for resale, just like it was when we sent it to you. So package it up nice and tight and send it back in the box you received it in!
  2. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, that one is on you.
  3. Once we receive the return we will either ship out the replacement product, or issue you a refund for the amount minus the shipping cost.

Since we are human, every once in a while we make a mistake. We will do our absolute best to correct that for you!
